Channel Marketing Manager-Reston VA

North America Region – Eastern Region

Reporting to:  Sr. Channel Marketing Manager

This manager should be located in either of these cities:

Maryland, New jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts     

Job Functions:

  • Work with the Region marketing Manager and Channel Managers to identify the best strategies to support the top channel partners in the region.
  • Act as marketing consultant for top channel partners in the development of a strong marketing component in their business plans.
  • Work with Distribution managers and key distributors in the development of lead generation programs for their network of resellers.
  • Establish and manage relationship with marketing managers of distributors, top channel partners, strategic partners and allies in order to plan co-marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Channel Managers and channel partners in the implementation of Coop funded campaigns.
  • Manage call centers and other vendors involved in co-marketing programs.
  • Monitor the follow up process to track the opportunities identified as a result of all regional campaigns.
  • Make sure channel partners have visibility of HDS marketing programs and understand how they can leverage marketing initiatives deployed in the region.
  • Manage and prepare the ROI/Metrics online report that tracks the performance of the region marketing initiatives.
  • Guarantee that all channel partners have access to the marketing toolkits and any lead generation resources created by corporate.

Associate Sales Operations Analyst-Santa Clara, CA

Job Description

Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales product.

We are seeking a professional Sales Operations Business Analyst with proven experience in supporting a Sales Organization. The candidate must be highly customer focused, possess excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and display the ability and the willingness to meet business critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Key participant in the analysis and resolution of variable revenue investigation requests raised by the internal channel sales force and our Channel Partners
  • Ability to articulate to the sales teams and Channel Partners the TNCPP program guidelines
  • Manage the monthly revenue allocation investigation and adjustment process, ensuring all Indirect channels or Partners are identifying correct customer master name and revenue data is allocating to line of business, territory/partner.
  • Work closely with Finance to troubleshoot any revenue data issues, identify root causes and provide supporting details for adjustments for use in closing the monthly financial books.
  • Participate in the development of as-is, gap analysis, to-be process work and information flows tied to systems, revenue data, incentives and commissions. Prepare special reports and presentations as needed.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Partner Enablement teams to design and implement new business processes or improve upon existing processes primarily in the areas of system integration, pre-split to post-split revenue, incentives and commission management, management reporting and sales efficiency tools.
  • Design and maintain incentives databases/applications to assist in the calculation and reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Make recommendations on process improvements, procedural enhancements and system changes.
  • Create PR and PO's on all COOP, MDF & COOP requests.
  • Perform data entry and user acceptance testing as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years experience in Sales, Finance, or Marketing in a reporting and analysis capacity.
  • Experience managing a CRM rollout for a sales team.
  • Expert command of Microsoft Excel including understanding of pivot tables and lookup function.
  • Strong database experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups required.
  • Strength in strategic data interpretation and visual representation of data is critical.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Extremely detail oriented.

Executive Assistant –Santa Clara, CA

Job Description

  • When typing written materials from rough draft, edits and clarifies vocabulary and sentence structure and communicates ideas to supervisor.
  • Acts as liaison between the assigned executive(s), coworkers, other organization departments and/or community organizations.
  • Schedules and maintains all appointments on Outlook calendar, including handling the logistical arrangements and communications required for effective use of supervisor's time and provides accurate daily updates to supervisor. Anticipates scheduling conflicts before problems arise and independently resolves.
  • Proactively monitors the organizational calendar and upcoming events and posts on the assigned executive(s) schedule as appropriate.
  • Provides information and support to assigned executive(s) and department staff in anticipation of upcoming deadlines.
  • Coordinates meeting arrangements (e.g. travel, expense reports, ordering food, webex meetings, audio visual, telecom). Ensures rooms and other preparations are ready before meeting. Anticipates needs and takes initiative to ensure meetings are smoothly coordinated from start to finish.
  • Accurately prepares meeting packets and other preparatory information so that it is 100% accurate and on time.
  • Consistently compiles, (re)produces and/or distributes documents/meeting minutes/reports/mailings in an accurate, efficient, effective and timely manner.
  • Consistently displays professionalism in dealings with external contacts, staff and others as observed by supervisor.
